What do you mean by better?

Speed-Tecate4, LT250R, 250R
Handeling-250r, Tecate4, LT250R
Suspension-250r, Tecate4, LT250R

I guess thats how it goes. The Tecate is def the fastest. But I love the powerr of my R. And it handles awesome even stock!

 

this is sort of a bais question because everyone has there own opinions..i think the kawi is the best for dune riding the lt is the best for trailing/straight draging and the trx is king of the track if ou kow hwo to ride it

 

so i should go wit the tecate if i want to go fast and hit the trails with avengance

 

Any one of those will fly on trails, but I think you would be happiest with a 250r, LT250R, then Tecate in that order. Incidentally, they are still in that order when you account for parts availability.

If you get a tecate, the stock suspention does suck. but if you can find one that has been widened up front, get it

 

last night i pictured me having a busted tecateoutside of my house, i went from site to site looking 4 parts and i came up with almost every part i looked close to a frame up rebuild long hours looking but does it pay off.250a1 is that ur tecate in the pic and if so is it reliable how fast does it pull strong

 

yes, that is my 87' in the pic. even while it was still stock I could pull the choke, kick it once or twice and I was good to go. as far as power, I weigh about 247 and it will rip. The tecate4 is the fastest factory 250 ever. with only a pipe and lid off it will beat a stock banshee, mine of course is far from a minor pipe upgradSORRY NIETHER OF THEM ARE FOR SALE AT THIS TIME.
