Default eating up piston.

did you bore your cylinder?? cause if it did it the first time you could have just blown the top end and then you have to or should bore the cylinder.

Everything is stock. And the cyl. is clean with no markes in it. The last one I put in, I replaced the piston, ( weisco ) wrist pin, clips and bearing.

i did the same thing, the reason i blew my top end was becasue of the wrong plug and it ran too hot and shattered the piston. I think i have a B9ES in it now, it a NGK-R. Also you should at least get it honned..

Did you check the piston clearance? If your clearance is out of spec, piston slap can cause the skirt to break.
