ok its a 99' its got a fresh top and botom end...brand new engine,bored 30 over, pro circut pipes,nerf bars, and ria tires on it, it has a key hole and has to have a key to start,but there isnt a title, but thers a bill of sale to go with it....hes asking 2,300 for it, would that be agood deal?

 

First thing I would do, get the VIN and have the DMV run a check. Not having a title raises a red flag for me, sure it could be a honest mistake ( was it lost? destroyed?) but never hurts to double check, money well spent in my mind.

 

yup... if that checks out though, seems like a good deal
