2005 GRIZZLY COULD I HAVE A LEMON?

We just purchased 2 - 2005 Grizzleys and 1- 2005 Kodiak less than 2weeks ago.
Sunday we went for a ride out in the desert had lunch and drove home. We were sitting on our bikes in the drive way for about 30 min when we noticed my sons bike start to leak oil. With in 20min there was a 3 ft circle of oil on the ground. We lifted the bike up and could not see any signifigant damage or any thing more than sage brush scratches on the skid plates. We did not start the bike back up.
The next morning I rode out to where we had stopped for lunch and checked where the bikes were parked and I saw no fresh oil. I loaded the bike and drove 120 mi to where we purchased the bikes.
They looked at it and said they had never seen anything like it before there was a hole in the oil pan.
But no damage to the skid plates. We talked about several different cinereos may be an air pocket in the casting mold etc. They said that they would contact Yamaha. And I left feelling pretty good and confidant that they thought it was some kind of manufactures defect.
Before I made it all the way home my son called and said that the dealership had called him and said that he must have some enemies they think some one sabotoshed his bike. They said they stuck a chisel in the skid plate on an angle and it goes perfectly into the hole. They think someone puposely did this.
Which is crazy. ...... Besides the fact that if my son wasnt sitting on his bike it was locked up in his garage.
The dealer is saying that he is not going to call Yamha because they think the damage was done deliberately or by his abuse.
I have looked at pictures from the Yamaha site and it could have been a "u" bolt that attaches to the frame, or what if it was a casting " air pocket" or maybe even something that happened during shipping.
I really shopped around before we went and purchased THREE bikes cash.... And I am really disappointed the the dealer is trying to say it is our fault. If my son was to of hit anything that could drive a hole into the casting I am sure that it would of stopped him or a least ripped open the plastic skid plate.
Has any one heard of this happening???
How do I get Yamaha to look at it.????? We have put less than 100 miles on our bikes.

I work at a car dealership. Here's what works on us. Come in on a saturday. Discuss the problem with your salesman when lots of other customers are around. Get louder and louder till it's resolved. DO NOT let them get you into a back room somewhere. If there has to be a scene, they will want it taken care of as quickly and quietly as possible. Also, call the district service rep.

UPDATE:
Well we talked the dealership into pulling the moter apart and SUPRISE they found a screw that had gone threw the transmision . Now our agruement is : We want a new BIKE , they said they've ordered the parts to fix it and it will be good as new. Yamaha did offer to give my son the 3 year extened waranty along with it. Should we feel comfortable with the fact that they fixed it and offered the warranty or should we keep persuing a new bike.? Let me know your opion

You may be able to lemon law if you want. Usually, it's 3 repairs, but 1 LARGE repair like that may qualify. If you do let them rebuild it, definitely take the warranty, and keep an eye on the motor.

Now onto something more important. I would take the extended warranty and run with it. It is rare to have tranny problems on the grizz so hopefully thid is a one time deal.
