Ok i have seached this and foudn what seemed like good ideas. So i decided to try and cut the bolt and slide out the swingarm away from the engine (thats the main objective is to get the engine out). But that thing is so hard i just dulled two blades in a row and dident even make a scratch in the thing. Anyone who could help i would really appreciate it. Thanks

 

I tried everything to get my bolt out. I ended up cutting mine with a torch... just be very careful not to get into the engine. Even after getting the engine out, I still had to cut out the remnants of the swingarm bolt out of the metal inserts in the engine. What a nightmare, I keep antisieze on the swingarm bolt now.

 

i beat the heck out of it with a small sledge. it ruined the bolt but it came out over time. i would get frustrated and come back another day to work on it. after doing this for a few days, it did come out.
