I know I'm not usually the one to stir interest, thats Tony's, job but I'm picking up my new Vortex 29footer this weekend and I know its gunna be a long two weeks. What is dumont like durring halloween? I never been to dumont. I know glamis get pretty packed on halloween.

 

pretty packed as well. Not half as much as glamis and it's not the "sick" party seen like Glamis. Usually a bunch of funn though. Glamis is extremely spread out, and at dumont We've got one big comp hill where everyone hangs out.

Im rolling out there on SAturday morn I whould be there around 0600. Joshie is leaving on Friday. We usually end up camping with whomever we find first. This planning thing has been quite commical in the past. I know where Eagles hides at so maybe we head over that way.

 

Eaglecollector's spot is the one to hit. Once you know where it is, it is easy to find. You get up onto the Mesa, make a right and go all the way down to the end and a little towards the front. Yes, up on that hill which if you are facing the dunes is more or less directly to your right, that is where they are at. I do not think I will make Halloween however most of the other trips I should be able to make.

Are you leaving your house at like 0200? Arriving at Dumont at 0600 is f'ing early!!! Is Joshie even going to awake that early? Or do you plan to 'suprise' him with a bucket of cold water or something?

 

Sounds like a pretty good turnout. I'll be leaving Thursday eve be there about 12:00 midnight. see ya'all there

Big Daddy, Where do you guys usually camp? uh...besides comp hill...

 

i'll be there with dsjobber, his dad, and my chick, we're rollin out by 0400 on friday mornin, hopefully be there by 8:00am. and defenetly will head out towards the end where eaglecollector camp will be, it's pretty easy to find, just get up on the mesa, go out like a hundred yards n make a bee line back up towards the ends of the dunes, and if larry puts up a big ol eagle flag then it'll be even easier to fiind, did,nt wrdshkn have a buffalo flag or sumthin too? anyway it should be a blast, i'm hoping the temps will be ok and the nights won't be too cold up there too, and any reports on rasorbacks at dumont yet? 2 and a half weeks guys! lates, josh.............
