I am a happy owner of your 800cc big bore kit and I just saw your ad in DW page 219 and I am wondering what type of carburetor you had on the big bore kit in the photo?
It looks like a big single… looking for any free testers?

He tested the Carburetor on the 785 I have and said it will turn the Quad into even more of a rocket ship! But will set you back about a grand. I beleave he even pointed the V up to the sky and tried to take off like a rocket!~LOL But I'll let him tell you , If your interested in the Carb? You'll have to call him I dont think hes spending to much time online.
Some of your Photos look like places I ride up in Pennsylvania? PM me maybe we can do some riding and see how the 785 and 800 compaire? ~coop

Can someone please tell me what are the general performance advantages of using a single carb on a v-twin motor? I'm just curious.

Well it's a single as in one unit, But its still has two carb ports. Im not a carb expert, but I beleave its easyer to tune? And Im sure its built larger and is more of a performance built carburetor. does that help any? Or at least sound good~lol ~coop
