WTF happend to my pics?

Default WTF happend to my pics?
i had pics up and had a camera symbol, i updated my pics and bio and clicked "post bio" and in my page all the pics are up but my camera is not here as you can see

wtf?

How long does the approval take for pictures? I've been pending for a week or so.

your pics must be to large to put up on the site...I dont know the specs for sure but that is probably why they are not going through...
