Well, not this last summer, but the one before that, so, the summer of 2003???? Both of our 01' Raptors were stolen out of our garage. They stole them, then on the second day, ditched them into a canal full of water, which happens to be about 10-14 feet deep. They found mine on the third day, floating, and pulled it out of the canal. We barely found my brothers about 2 1/2 months ago. Surprisingly, the frame, subframe, and swingarm were in great shape. The engine...........That is another story in itself. I only mentioned the yfz450 a-arm and shock setup, for this reason. The frame is completely stripped to bare metal right now, and i got a buddy of mine that got new a-arms and shocks for his 450, I can hack off the mounts for the a-arms, and the fact that I work for a bike shop, my boss and i can fabricate some new mounts for it. So, I dont think that would be to bad of an idea.....
What do you guys think???????

i still say naa... i think its too much of a risk.. they might not lign up.. hmmm i wouldn't do it and i custom fabricated a lot of bike frames.. it would be an easy task but if your going to go for racing or top speed i wouldn't say that its worth it.. if you want to take the risk go for it.. remember you got to change the shock bounts too and you also got to consider the steering stem and all of that **** too!!!!!! good luck to you!!

Well, I think that I am gonna go for it. Hopefully it works out, if not, oh well?? I just get so start from scratch again. I'm not losing anything, since the whole bike is already stripped anyways, and if it does work, I will have a one off setup, that nobody else has. If it doesnt work, I can always go back to square one.
