Default Trailblazer cylinder head torque

Hi all, I have been stumbling around atvconnection for the past few months soaking up all the the good information. I suspect I am just about at my 25 hour point and the Owners Manual says I need to retorque the cylinder head and base nuts. Can anyone tell me what the proper torque is for the 2004 Trailblazer? Thanks much.
