They try to make it so annoying telemarketererers...er don't harass us at home with phone calls.
Which has been going o.k.


Until........................ the election. I have had sooooo many annoying election calls from both parties that I'm ready to vote for the old lady on the corner. Has to be between 10 to 15 calls if not more.
Probably more. Also a few asking who I'm going to vote for. I never tell them. I just hang up or scream something like the aardwolfs are attacking.


How many calls have you received by way of the election?

 

Way too damn many. The do not call list doesnt apply to politcians....go figure. This should be the last day, they cant call on election day.

 

3 or 4 a night for the last month. The calls have been nutz. Rule of thumb turn off the ringer on the home phone. if its important you see the flash on the answering machine and otherwise call me on my cell [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I have allotta friends who have all together gotton ride of land line use.

 

I haven't really got all that many and I think its been about 5 or 6 through the month of October.

 

I don't really have problems with telemarketing scum, my problem is with fax calls. We get fax calls at all hours, day and night. Thing is, we don't have a frickin fax machine! The number that comes up is always "unavailable". Besides changing my phone number, what can I do against this crap? I'm really tired of it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

I've never received a fax call. Maybe your phone number is really similar to someone that gets a lot of faxes.

if you call your fone company explain your probly i think they can block the fax number from being able to ocmplete a call to your house.

lol i got oen the other ngiht lol im 15 not even registered and they said hello whitcomb residence this is the republican party of Kouts, IN wondering if anyone needs help getting to the polls tomorrow and i was bored and said... yes i do.. see i broke both my legs and cemented myself in a driveway and im in school tomorrow.. i hope they didn't buy it lol
