Default O5 Raptor Modifications

Hello everyone,
I just purchased a new 05 Raptor a few weeks ago and I was wondering if anyone might have some recommendations for what brand of pipe to buy for it. I had a White Brothers “E” series pipe on my 03 400EX and re-jetted it (158) and it made a big difference. My friends son put a White Brothers E2 pipe for his 400EX with stock jet and it seems to run even quicker. I’m curious to hear any suggestions.

I recently took my new Raptor to the Imperial sand dunes for Halloween and I had a blast; that is until I let a friend race it up the hill and some kid ran into him. It bent the axle but we managed to straighten it just enough to finish out the weekend. Even with a bent axle I still managed to go toe-to-toe with two DS650’s and a YFZ450. I think the guy on the 450 was taking it easy though.

Sparks or CT if you want the power.

LTE if you want the looks.

Other pipes have thier own attributes. Duncan would be on my list of possibilites as well. Yoshi makes a good pipe, fairly light as well.

I have the yoshi comp, got it for $400, and it's great. It's a little loud though if you care about the sound. I also think HMF, Ct racing, and SParks are good pipes. Any pipe will give you a gain in horsepower.

Thank you for all your suggestions. Looks like I’ll still need to do some research before I make up my mind. Thanks again.
