Haven't posted in a while, just thought I'd drop a line.
I cracked the '03 frame at the second arenacross this season. Polaris supplied the '04 frame to swap. Had the Rath gussets installed and started swapping last night.
Pics are in the gallery.

No, I didn't. Just trying to get it back together and have at least one practice before the next race.

'04 & up frames are strong. '03 frames are great for normal use. Leave some to be desired for 80' table tops.

LOL.....yeah. I'd believe that.

04's and up are better. If you pound anything bad enough though it will break.

*Knock on wood* no problems yet here, but I just ride woods.

It's funny I should see this post,I'm in the middle of replacing My 04 pred frame. The 04 frames are n better then the 03's . You still have to get the Rath gusset kit to fix it.
POLARIS HAS PICKED UP THE BILL TOO,100% replacing the frame. I got the new frame and had the gusset kit put in.Now the frame should be back from the POWDER COAT guys anyday. I had it powder coated cherry red along with the sub-frame and swingarm. As soon as I get it back I'll be putting in a Highly worked engine.ported, valves, springs, carb,YOSH pipe,Wiseco high comp-piston ,clutch basket, lightend flywheel, and a set of custom WEB CAMS.There is a few thing i left out , but I can think of it and who cares after all that stuff.

Well Matt, I will try and help you do as much with that as I can. Let me know exactly what it is saying or doing. I was able to add something to your sig myself so I dont think that that is the problem. If anything, PM me what you want in it and I will add it for you if we cant get it fixed.
