im not sure what i bent...HELP PLEASE

a while ago i rolled my quad and im not sure if i bent the steering stem or what, but im steering about an inch offset with the bars....if u dont understand im steering crooked and its very annoying, i hope i dont have to buy a whole new steering stem! my friend told me i can adjust the tie rods or something to move the rims? does this have good outcome and is it possible i bent it too far that i wont be able to get it straight again?

I would definately check the toe. The a-arms are another good possibility. I'm not being a smarta$$ but did you take a good look at the handlebars? I had partial sponsorship with renthal but it seemed like every wreck I had before I even quit rolling I was thinking "there goes another 50 bucks. I should have bought stock.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

You might want to just check and see if it needs to be adjusted... if you have a manual just look at adjusting steering column, or steering stem and adjust. If it feels like the handle bars are point left, or right when you are going straight you can probably just adjust.

i bent my tie rod and my steering collum and the braket thats on the bottlem of the collum that conects the tie rods...i jus bent the tie rode staright and ajusted the tie rodes so the wheels r staright...i jus have like 1/2in play in it tho

I have done this on my raptor twice now. From the way it sounds, it is pretty much the same thing that I had done to mine. All I did was adjust the tie rods, and it came out perfect.
