I'm thinking of the Raptor 350 as a next step from my Bomb Rally, I'm learning how to ride manual on my bro's YFZ, any suggestions??

You need to give more details if you want knowledgable advise such as how old are you, how much do you weigh, what is your riding experience etc. I like Yamaha's, but if you're looking for something in the size of the 350, I would suggest the Suzuiki/Kawasaki 400. It depends on what you want to do.
Are you a native Kuwaiti or are you just "visiting"

I'm 12 (kiddo ) not far from 13, only 3 months to 13, I weigh 50kg... I'm 5'4" (kinda tall for a 12 year old, eh?), riding experience... I'm used to auto but since my bro got his YFZ I've been riding it from time to time and... I'm a native Kuwaiti!!

Actually, Bin Ladin is Saudi Arabian. I still think you should go with the 400. The 450 is more of a race quad and not as comfortable and forgiving as say a "sport" quad. Also, the Kawazuki's have reverse.

I know he's Saudi Arabian. Well my parents won't buy me a new quad, I'm too young to get a job, so all I can do is either trade my Rally for a quad or sell my Rally and get a quad, so price matters... and I'm not really into Kawazaki's, I was thinking about a Honda

Don't get brand loyal on me. The Honda's (400) are air cooled and don't have reverse. The Kawi's and Suzuki's are liquid cooled. You can pick up one that is a year or 2 old probably for a pretty good price.
Are you in Kuwait now?

We're practically neighbors. I'm in Afghanistan but I'm only visiting. What part of Kuwait are you in. I was at Ali Al Salem Air Base for a Summer a few years ago. There is no way to describe that heat. You need a liquid cooled quad.

Kuwait is too small to have parts LOL I live in Andalus which I like to call Los Andalus, it's kinda close to Camp Doha (If you know it) No way to describe that heat.. I know, I'm microwaved LOL!! I've seen loads of air cooled quads around, they dont have any problem
