Ok I went and picked up my new EFI Saturday at Chattanooga TN. I paid $6500 for the bike and $490 for a 3 year warranty plus 80 for a front rack extender. The bike looks and runs AWESOME! I think the rack extender makes it look a lot better. That's pretty much the only reason I bought that. The ride is a little better than the last and I feel like the handleing is a lot better. The lights are BRIGHT, and they shoot really far out there. The seat is a lot better, and is easier on your knees. The side panels are a lot easier to get off. The rear cargo box is really nice, lots of room back here. The rear work lights are really cool, and handy when backing it off a trailer at night, I really don't know how I did it with out them. I have a total of 26 miles on this new bad boy and I'm finding more and more cool stuff on it all the time. The drive train noise is less, I don't even notice it. The new PXT tires seem great so far and have given me nothing but smiles. I have to say my only regret was it not being a 800, I just couldn't wait any longer. Yes I know there coming in now, but all the dealers around my have them pre-sold. It would in January before I could get a hold of one. Maybe I can get a 06 800 then. For now I coulnd't be more happy with my 05 700. It has so many cool things on it. Oh yea BTW I got black and silver. I really like the color of it, but I was going to get red/black because my last 2 700s had been this color. But they were sold out and I like this color just fine myself, just had it for a long time.
