I remember some of you talking about a phenomenon with the 400 Sportsman cutting out or sputtering a bit when under a load. My machine is finally getting the use I bought it for last January, I'm using it to transport my hunting guest and Labrador out to the Duck Blind in the flooded rice fields. The fields are disced under and then flooded with about 8" of water. On a few occasions I have been powering through the soft mud with a load onboard running at about 4800 rpm and the machine has sputtered as I have given it more throttle. It stops as I back off and won't do it every time but it's a little disconcerting to be out in the soup with the feeling the machine is gonna crap out!

I seem to remember a few of you guys figuring out that problem but for the life of me, I can't remember what caused it. Little HELP?
