I just wanted to relieve my frustrations and let ya'll know that I bought a new Foreman ES this past Thursday and I had cancer surgery on Monday. It is driving me crazy wanting to go ride. I have looked at all (yes, ALL) the photos on the highlifter website to ease the pain, but I am still going crazy.

Somebody give me some ideas to help with withdrawls.

Lance

You sound like me! I cant wait every week for the weekend to arrive so I can go pick up my godson and go riding! I have a very bad back and suffer from arthritus , but I am gonna ride long as I possibly can. Hope you get well soon and then you can hit the trails and make up for the lost time..I have the atv fever now in my 40s, worse than I did back in my 20's! We only grow old if we let ourselves! ha ha..good luck and enjoy. I also bought a new Foreman a few months ago. Mine is the 450s model. I like to shift gears. I spend too much time, and money, on the internet checking out different accessories and what have you..Maybe that will help pass your time..

Get some videos, or get some magazines to read, dirt wheels and atv action are good reads.
Hope you get well soon.

You gave your reply a lot of thought didn't you?

firechief212- There's not much you can do right now. Do what you need to do to get better.
You could have someone pick up a couple atv videos to pass the time. Atv magazines can be amusing for a little time. You could do a search on sites like Rockymountainatv.com or Shadetreepowersports.com to plan for future add-ons. Maybe you should just go to sleep and dreammmm of riding. Time will pass and you'll soon be riding.

good luck and we hope to see you riding again soon, they have these atv forums, dont know if youve heard of em but they can use alot of your time up. and after your struggle your probably going to be on so many pain killers,(as is my grandmother, recovering from stage 4 cancer in her thyroids) riding may be put on hold for awhile.
get well soon.

dont go and look at anything to do with atving , becuase its just going to make you want to ride even more. Thats common sence; Its like a dog looking at a bone and drooling , yet he knows he cant have it. But i hope you have a full recovery cancer sucks.
