Default Rear End Wobbleing?

Ok my 350x is startin to **** me off cuz i have done like 10 times more work on it than i have actually rode it. I just did change my rear bearings, everything is tight in the rear end but when i get on it it still wobbles from side so side. What could this be? A friend told me it might that my swingarm bearings are totally shot. What do you all think?

Sounds like swingarm bearings or bent axle.

put the frame on a bucket, or milkcrate so the back wheels are off the ground, try to move the swingarm side to side, any movement is bad. rotate the rear wheels and see if anything is bent
