Lt80 Mods for the Dunes
#1
Well before I knew we are back in riding season, our riding season consists of when the weather cools down to where we do not boat and the dunes do not cook yah then our season is here.
Now to my point, i have a 2002 Lt80 stock with only a DG pipe mod, other than the pipe it is completely stock. When I recieved the pipe there were no instructions to modify the jetting so I assume it does not need one. I believe it does need some type of modification in the jetting department due to the pipe change.
Also, the lt80 is ridden entirely in the dunes by my two kids who now use the bike as a bike to jump and play rough on. My boys are 11 and 8 they both ride our banshee and have been riding since they were tots. We camp with a group and us Dads allways have little quad races around camp after the kiddies go to bed. Which, leads me to my next question, what mods would you guys recommend to hop up the lt80 that can compete with the 90cc 4strokes that have mods.
Also, how much am I looking at and is there anyone here that provides this service.
Thanks again.

Welcome to this forum. There's one guy who could turn your LT-80 into a rocket. He knows more about this brand then LT-80 engineers. His id is LT80, his name is Jack Moore and his profile is: http://forums.atvconnection.com/tomb...rofileID/16809
As a suggestion, send LT80 a PM. He'll recommend all sorts of parts and prices to help you out. To perform parallel background search, you can enter LT80 within the Seach box at the top of the post list. This will show you previous LT80 posts - which contain lots of Sand Dune "hop up" info as well.
Hope this helps...
