What is the bore and stroke of sp800?
#1
I've heard by one mag that the bore is bigger on the 800 then the 700. But in another mag, they said the stroke is longer then the 700. So for those who have the 700 or 800 in your manual should have the bore and stroke. Could you see what was done to the 800?

Only way you can tell is in the service manual. I have one coming, should be here early next week. I can post the bore and stroke of each since the manual covers both the 2005 700 EFI and the 800 EFI....
I read that the stroke is longer, but who knows, I don't really pay much attention to what the magazines say....
