Well from what I have heard from the dealer is that the Raptor is currently undergoing CARB (California Air Resources Board) Testing for emissions. Once it passes they will release the bike to the CA dealers, this is expected to be before Oct 15.

So if any of you fellow CA guys see one at a CA Yamaha dealer put a shout out!
