i have no clue why honda would make the 400ex look like the 450 i think it was a waste of money if anything i think they should of changed the 300ex and/or the 250ex but that aint my choice who like the way the 400ex looked before

Yea I wish that they'd have given it a slightly different look like Raptor/YFZ, influence it from the 450R. But o well

 

The 400 was cool looking like that, they shouldn't off changed it, last time I asked this guy if he wanted to race, and he said yeah sure, so I beat him badly, and told him what happend, I took a look at the fenders and it said 400EX, i was really surprised. And change like a raptor, no way man, theres is to many look alikes, like the raptor 350.

 

they shouldve worked on the engine instead of putting reverse in it, get it up to z400 specs. thats why i got an 04 instead of waiting

When I first saw it online I didn't really like it. Then I saw it at a dealership and it changed my mind. I like it. It's just a little annoying that it is so similar to the 450r but I still like it.

 

I definetly think they should have tweeked the motor some to get alittle more power out of it to go with the reverse. But honda hasn't delivered much of anything since the EX, so why improve the EX to keep up with the Z and it's clones? Why create a 600+cc quad to compete with the Raptor, DS, and Predator?


Honda has failed to answer either of those questions.

 

yeah thats so stupid they made it look just like it. i have a 99ex and id take mine over 05 anyday

 

I dont get the point of a 350 and 660 raptor , should kept the warrior name and made all new lookin skins
