I got it. It says you bolt it to the frame for the ground, then connect the one wire to the lighting coil. What is the lighting coil?

Anyone know how to wire this thing? Just one wire seems awefully simple, but where does it attach?

The charge wire that originally would have hooked to the solenoid to charge the battery would hook to the cap. That would have been a red wire coming out of the regulator and been 14-16 gauge. If you dont have a regulator anymore and only runnning basic electronics then there is no need for the eliminator. The cap is there only to provide a small load on the charging system and keep the regulator from spiking.
