I am in the market for a new atv soon. Thinking about maybe getting a new Sportsman 800. Any opinions as to wether the Sportsman 800 will be able to handle a 72" plow. Will the plow be able to handle that much power without bending. The Moose site says it is designed for any atv of at least 500cc.

My quad handles my 60" Moose County plow no problem. I would stick with the 60". 72" is getting to be to large for a quad and would be hard on your quad I would imagine.

Although the 72 will bolt on just fine, it really is too much... It is designed for the side by sides out there that are wider. You start manuvering that big dude with an ATV and will quickly get in over your head. If you want to improve efficiency, get some side wings on the 60 to keep it from dumping snow out the side.

I have to agree with the others..

72" is to big for an ATV..... Better to stick with the 60" If you want to be aggressive, go with the angled blade.. It weighs more and actually throws the snow better.... Cycle Country / Moose and WARN all make them.. All are good.....

Good luck....
