We just bought a new house with a long drive way and I want to get a new fourwheeler to plow with. I want to get something pretty sporty so my wife can use it on trails.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I've been lurking for a while. Thanks for the welcome.

 

The sportiest ATV you can plow snow with in my opinion is the KINGQUAD 700 EFI. Massive power in low range 4 wheel drive and EXTREMELY light steering and speed in 2 wheel drive high range for trail riding. I believe it was just named ATV of the year. In my opinion it is the best all around ATV made at this time.

 

The SRA one the Prairie makes it more of a sport quad than the brute force or king quad, but the scrambler is more like a sport quad than any of these.

 

scramblers are about the sportiest 4x4's. they have good power and the 4x4 helps alot in snow and mud. the worst part about them is the weight. they are alittle on the heavy side. i like the older 2 stroke scrambler 400's but thats just my opinion.

i agree with the others,the scrambler is your best choice..if you compare its weight to a sport machine then yeah its on the heavy side but if you compare it to a 4x4 utillity machine then its pretty light..

 

What about the Wolverine? I like the idea of it since it's lighter and may be easier for her to handle on the trails.

 

Wolvys are great bikes... but unless you want a powerful quad the wolv would suit her great! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Not a bad price for it either, but i'm not sure how it will plow, guess the question is how deep?
