hmf with quiet core, dynojet kit (148 main), k&n. it runs decent but flutters on the bottom from no throttle to full throttle. or if i do a quick wheelie and then let off really quick it will die. also from forward to reverse really fast if stuck, it also dies. in neutral it may also die when wacking it wide open. it will clean out and rev but if you don tlet it clean out and just pin throttle quicky over and over it usually dies with in 3 cracks of throttle. i have messed with air/fuel screw and doesnt seem to help much. also raised clip from secong groove to the first groove. just doesnt seem to be running crisp on bottom and i think it could shift better. im gonna need a new starter if it keeps dying all the time!! haha. i cant tell if its not getting enuff fuel or too much. any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!!

 

personally i would just tear the carb apart and clean everything. clean airfilter and feed it new gas, too.

 

Rpaske! Go to the rincon owners forum ( http://rincon.atvowners.com ) and there is a ton of info on jetting or most any other questions. I used the dynojet kit and after trying numerous main jets from the kit, I ended up putting the stock #152 main back in while useing the rest of the kit. I am not suffering from any of the stalling or overheating problems that some rincon owners are. Knock on wood!

 

took carb apart put dynojet 144 main in 2.5 turns of fuel screw clip 2nd notch from top turned up idle screw a tad and now it seems better. only dies once prolly cuz its cold blooded. i need a new pipe tho i cant get on it when riding at nite hmf too damn loud even with quiet core
