Default Recommended length for swingarm in MX application for Raptor?

What would be the best recommended length for a swingarm for a raptor on the MX track. Everyone knows the stock swingarm is way too short case the damn front end keeps coming up. LOL . By the way I came across a sweet deal for a plus 3, just wondering if that would be too long.

+3 might be good you just have to do the +1 foreward a-arms though

The guys who are spending 5k+ on suspension setups are running +5/8 to +1 swingers and just extend the a arms, not move the tires forward.

a+3 might be to long ,will cut down on your turning radius make it tough in those
tight sections,

I wasn't the fastest guy on the MX track but a +2 REALLY helped keep my 686 under control. Besides the ability to lay into the throttle harder coming out of the corners, the rear end didn't pack up with the +2. I could not tell a bit of difference when turning, it tracked just as tight as it did with the stocker.
