Has anyone heard of a ram air kit on a quad? I was looking at my 300ex and it looks kinda simple to put togather. You could run your hose to the front just under the plastic. Will it help out any? Just like a turbo it seems like at least it helps are cars alot

Ram Air on cars helped a little, but they needed to be going well over 50mph to see the improvement (which doesn't happen very often on quads). It takes a lot of air velocity to actually create any boost. One of the main benefits of ram air on cars was the simple fact that they were getting cool (more dense) outside air instead of the hot (less dense) air inside the engine compartment (which is not really a problem for quads). You could put together a ram-air setup, and it'd look pretty trick, but I don't think you'd see any improvement in power.
