Default Raptor Duel feed mod

Can anyone explain to me how you can modify the stock raptor's carbs to accept duel feed lines, so that each float bowl will have its own supply?

I did it and its not too bad. You should get a Pingle dual outlet for a Banshee to start with. Then completely remove the carbs. On the right carb ( the one without the fuel feed ) you will see two recessed areas. The first is quite larger than the other. Drill out the small cast at the far back. Then you will have to build your own tap. Take an 1/8 NPT and tap out the large recess. Take a 90 degree 5/16 fuel inlet and use yellow teflon tape and screw it in. You should also use the larger needle and seat assemblies out of a Griz for better flow as well.

Forgot to tell you about the tap. In order to make it tap all the way down you will first have to start the threads with the tap tapered as it is. Once you bottom it out, you will have to carefully remove enough off the tap so that it bottoms out.

I ride with nitro and I road his raptor the other day. What happened was at full speed 5th gear after a while it would suck the bowls dry. It is jetted right and runs awsome, He's just looking for a way to get more fuel to the bowls so it doesn't run dry at top speed.

No, there is no need to rejet. You are not changing the amount of fuel that goes into the motor, just how fast the carbs can supply it.
