hey, Im posting this for a friends brother.... :
my 2000 yamaha mx banshee was stolen from my garage on november 11/12/2004. i am located in edgewater park nj the quad has silver fullbore fenders and since this picture was taken the front end was updated to janssen long travel a arms and elka shocks.the frame is powder coated candy blue and it has shamrock beadlocks all the way around with kenda klaws.the motor cases and cylinders are also powder coated candy blue. it also has a lone star round house swing arm on it.the quad was stolen out of bristol pa. 19007 when quad was stolen i had the k&n air filter out for cleaning.

very sorry to here this, that is one sweet Banshee, Keep an eye out on ebay for the parts, You will most likley have to do your own detective work, because the cops don't care to much. Send Pics to all the bike shops around, post this on as many forums as you can, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones. It looks like the bike is worth some $$ so put a big reward, maybe some one will talk.

No offence or anything but if you would have posted this a couple days after it was stolen to all the forums you can think of with atvs even dirt bikes.. you woulda made out a lot better finding it. Now its about a month late.. If i were you id search ebay and most of the local news papers in a 50 mile radius from where you live!!!! Good luck that is a nice quad!!!!!

 

I think that your reading it wrong... I understand that the date he posted is dd/mm/yyyy not mm/dd/yyyy. But maybe i'm wrong!

 

i sure do hate it for you that is one of the nicer mx banshee's i've seen good finding it.if i'll keep an eye out for it

theres a mx banshee on ebay that looks kinda like it. But im pretty sure its a different one.

 

im sorry to tell you this but its been over a month..... its probly never gone get found. all someone would have to do is put new plastic on it and nobody would ever know. its a real shame people are a$$ holes like that. good luck tho. let us know if you find it.
