what tires fit on stock rancher rims
#1
i need new tires, for a 02 rancher 4x4 i dont want new rims just new tires, also don't want to lose power, i don't need more clearance just new tires, also where is a good place to buy, i primarly ride access gravel roads, with some dirt trails don't need a super mud tire , but something that does well on the trails and in the snow and won't cost more then the dirt hooks on it now

Just buy the same size you have now (stock size I assume). I'd go with Dirt Devils for your kind of riding. They are probably the least expensive tire out there...last forever...and are a great trail tire. Go to www.rockymountainatv.com for very good prices.

i just bought a set of Dirt Devils 25x8x12, and 25x10x11, for 210 out the door, i did not buy them at rockymountain atv, i bought them at
LA RAMP
they beat rockymountainatv by like 40 dollars for similar tires, and rockymountaintv did not even carry the 25x10x11, so i reccomend you shop at the link posted above and tell them bill sent ya, u won't get a break on the price but maybe on my next set i will, thanks

I have a thread going where people can post tire sizes and their "loaded radius"...that is the distance between the center of the axle and the ground...with the weight of the ATV on the tire. I've read tons of stuff on here about tire "sizes", but I'm finding out that not all of it is true. I just measured a bunch of Dirt Devils this weekend and they are running just like they should be sizewise...they're not undersized afterall. I've had them on my ATV's and a buddy has run 5 sets of them on his. They really will work for you. I'd just put the stock size on and enjoy.
Having said that, I'm sure there are other tires that will work, but cost seemed to be a factor for you. The Dirt Devils are definetely less expensive than a lot of the other popular tires.

your right about the size, the guy told me they are dead on 25" he said it was a extremly good tire, he said that or the mudlights were perfect for it, he also said i shouldn't experience any powerloss, i hope not

I know you'll like the Dirt Devils for trail riding.
As far as Rockymountainatv vs. LaRamp is concerned...looks like it's just a matter of freight. I went to the LaRamp website, and I can save $24 by getting 4 26" Dirt Devils at Rockymountainatv...I'll save $50 on the set if I pick them up at the store.
Good luck on your tires!
PS I'll let you now about the servor.

It's a matter of freight when you live on the east coast and I live 80 miles from Rockymountainatv. LaRamp's freight isn't "free"...it's included...that's different than "free". Granted they didn't have your 25X10-11, but on the 25X8-12 DDs, they are $35.99 each at RM and $48.95 each at LaRamp. I can get them shipped to me from RM for less than the $13.00 difference in price. I'm sure that since you're in PA, it's cheaper to get them where you did.
On the 26" Dirt Devils that I am looking at, it's not even close for me...RM is WAY less expensive.
