cluch question
#3
also the main nut that hold the clutch together has a locking feature that uses a grove in the shaft and a flange on the nut is pressed into that grouve... Your gonna need a dremal and if you do it carefully you can reuse the nut as long as you use some loctite when you put it back together.

actualy a stiff clutch can be cause by a bad clutch if you where to get ur clutch to hot for what ever reason and the plates warp it can get stiff but most of the time it gets realy lose and slips alot. befor i replaced mine i bought a manual which made the project duable but you have absoutly got to tighten ever nut down to their specfications(you will need a toroqu wrenck for sure). the lock nut is a beast to losen if u don't have an etension for your wrench but can be re used like Semms40oz said. the over all job is easy and the plates come out very easily.
ps u might want to check ur presure plate min hada a realy bad crake in on of the main pilars.
