Okay, I've read through most of the forums concerning this subject but i haven't found what I need.

1. The front right hub on my sportsman will not engage.
2. the first trouble i had, i took the hub apart and found that the armature plate had come loose and had been damaged.
I replaced the plate and the front hub still did not engage.
3. then i swapped the roller cage assembly and armature plates on both sides and the left would pull and the right
would still not pull
4. i took the right hub apart again and checked the electromagnet and it would hold the armature plate to it
5. the inside of the hub where the rollers contact looked a little glazed so I cleaned the surface good but i haven't
reassembled it yet

I've tried everything I can think of and if the surface cleaning doesn't work what should I try next?
I could really use some help.

did you check your wires to the wheel? We had some wires that broke and wouldn't engage. I fixed the wires and it now works.
