Does anyone know if HSP is very reliable, not just in the quality of stuff they make but also customer service, has anyone done business with them, I'm looking into the 400 Exterminator Kit and was wondering if they send you specs like for jetting with different elevations and I just want to make sure they are a good quality before i spend $2000.

 

I looked into the same kit when i first started modding,but decided to go with HPD.And i am very glad i did.There customer service is very good.And Ritter Cycle sells all there stuff also,and you cannot compare anyones customer service to Rick's.Good luck with whatever you choose.

 

i would ahve to say forget hotseat and go to hpd, aaen or RCR if u wanna go really fast. there customer service is far above HSPs.

Yes they do. I would stay away from Hotseat. Their customer serivce really stinks.

Thats also what I have heard but have no first hand experiance. Go with RcR!

 

I have had to call them once on a question about the TEAM secondary that came from them and they work great at anserwing my questions.I just dont think thier stuff is up to par as HPD,Aaen or RcR.

 

I have both a 400 hot seat scrambler and a 400 aaen sport. The Aaen bike will smoke the hot seat.
