Default Scrambler Front Sprocket

I have a 04 500 Scrambler that seems to eat front sprockets. I just replaced it 4 months ago along with the rear and a new chain. The tips have broken off again just the other day. I also have a 99 and it dosen't seem to have this problem. Any Ideas?

Make sure your rear swing arm bolt is tight. My 99 did the same thing...and found out the swing arm bolt was not tight.

make sure your chain is adjusted properly.maybe its been running too loose and wearing on the sprocket tips.

My bushings were wore out so I replaced them about a month ago. I didn't think that would do it. Always tightening the chain. Do you think tightening too much?
