Default HELP!!! oil in my air box

I have oil in my scramblers air box, its was about a 1/4 in deep. I cleaned it out and went riding, I did about 30 miles at Paragon on Thurs. and the oil was back. not as deep but it was wet. It was not rolled. I did change the oil, I drained the oil from the tank and crankcase, changed the filter and added two quarts of polaris oil. It didn't look like it was over filled. Looking for some on the problem.

Two Quarts shouldn't overfill a scambler. I had a friend who had a two wheel drive scrambler, and the transmission vented to the airbox. Whenever he climbed hill he would get oil in his airbox, and eventually damaged his transmission.

Default HELP!!! oil in my air box

There is a vent line that goes from the top of the oil tank to the airbox. If you have flipped it, stood it up on end, or been riding a lot of wheelies, oil will make its way to the airbox from the line. There is an inline breather filter on this vent hose that may need to be changed as well. If you drained the crankcase and tank and added 2 qts of oil, then you did it right. It should not be overfilled. Clean out your airbox and drain the sediment tube on the bottom of the airbox and ride it. Keep an eye on the oil level and see if it goes down. It isnt something that I would worry about though
