billet exhaust tip on ebay

For many areas, the spark arrestor must be USFS approved. That's about a 6 month process, and costs about $6000. I dont see anywhere on Ebay that the spark arrestor is USFS Approved. To get approval, the spark arrestor must not burn through, be removeable, and stop sparks. Once they do the tests, they give you a number that can be used for a stamp on the unit.

that flat screen is load of crap, screens must be coned in order to have enough mesh holes to equal the surface area of the outlet diameter, which compensates for the screen wire diameter that would otherwise decrease flow substantially. such a substantial decrease in flow is the result of this flat screen.
why doesn't anybody make an end cap that accepts Supertrapp disks?! seems so very simple, especially since the Supertrapp end cap comes with the USFS approved stamp on it.

Because by the time you pay for the Supertrapp discs, bolts, exhaust shields, and the billet end cap holder, you are at the price of a slip on.

See my pics, but note open end cap dose produce more power, but I ride with the kids and like the low end grunt disks add, plus the quietness.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the stock muffler can stamped with the US forest approved. You could run an open end cap and the stamping is still on the muffler.

RWR makes an end cap for their pipe that accepts supertrapp disks, I had one, it cost $35 from RWR, then you buy the disks and the stainless steel end cap from supertrapp and the stainless bolts from the hardware store instead of paying supertrapp or WB a million dollars for them, and you got a disk system for under $100.
paying over $100 for an end cap is just so very rediculous.
There is no reason in the world the same thing cannot be done for the DS stock pipe, it just takes somebody that wants to. And nobody wants to because nobody is asking for it. Get people talking and it will appear from somewhere, just like the open end cap has multiple sources now.
wow, I wonder what the chances are of the RWR endcap being the same diameter as the stock muffler? Never thought of it until now, anybody know?
