My buddy just bought the new 450r and Ive heard there pretty quick. I have the new 05 TLD. We havent raced yet because we are both pretty new to riding. I rode his and I can Honestly say I like the Pred better. As for speed I didnt get to go too fast on his because he was still breaking it in. Has anyone had the chance to race one and if so what was the HONEST outcome. Thanks for any feed back.

 

stock for stock...the pred should win, BUT there still is a good chance he can get you..if he does swap bikes and run again!

 

I raced one on a dirt road back to the trucks, he couldn't pull away from me, it was kind of funny considering I was riding my '05 700 EFI.....he was sliding around the corners and I was on his *** and when we got close to the trucks, he slide too far on one turn at about 50 mph and I slid by him on the inside and passed him.....he didn't even know I was on his ***....

Yea...I smoked it with both my big boy bikes...!!!!

 

The Honda 450r should win but if the rider on the predator is better then he could take him.

raced one on in my rail and won then i lost on a 400ex only seen 2 preds ever on the dunes so dont know about them but the 450r keeps up with the yfz if you've seen one of them run

 

I've raced against a 2 of the newer honda's at a local race. beat one and lost to the other. It was the same against the yamahas. I'd beat some and lose to others. The better rider will almost always win. And I'll be honost, with only 4 total races under my belt, I'm not that good of a rider. It might also help if my first race at the track wasn't midway into the season. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

 

Thank you Mr. Lemaire for the video. It was nice to see a sport put a hurting on those 450's.
