Your Opinion

Ok, so I need your opinion guys
i bought the Polaris 800 because i wanted a quad that was sporty and able for work. I donno if that was the right decision for what i want to do. I really love my 800, but im having second thoughts on maybe trading it in and getting a TLD preditor. im gonna have a chat with my dad to see what his opinion is, but i really want a bike that has 4 wheels but has a close relationship to a dirt bike (all you guys who want to try to bring me away from polaris shut up and go away) so, my question is, should i stick with my 800, or should i possebly persue a predator. all you preddy owners please pipe in because id like to hear your opinion about your quad. also, whats the performance you would give to your preddy? like how easy is it to pop wheelies, turn tight corners, and acclerate to full speed?
thanks

I think you picked the best machine for work (also fun). But you are hitting the other side of the spectrum by looking at the predator. It seems that you need to really decide what kind of riding you are really interested in. I personally do not own a preditor, but I so have a sp 600 and love it...work or play

the last post was my opinion....there are times that the Utility machines are so much fun, and a predator would cover the other part...jumping, faster riding, wheelies, etc....
i almost bought a predator at the same time i bought my 700 efi...but held off...would love to have one and been watching for a used one at a good deal...

Hello spyder6. I would have a hard time going to a utility quad after having my Trailblazer. However, if I had to do some heavy duty hauling or plowing, I wouldn't hesitate to get a Sportsman. Probably GoingVirtical says it best when he suggests to determine what type of riding you like to do.

I have a sportsman and a Scrambler 2x4, the Scrambler is fun to ride. I thought the world of the Sportsman and its trail capabilities before i got the Scrambler but if your looking for a sport mount the Scramblers the way to go (Pred for ultra sport).
I do very little work but its nice to have the hauling and mudding capabilities of the Sp 700.
The 4x4 Scrammy may be best for you with some mods.

I would have to go with the Scrambler. Some will say it's not a sport, some say not a utility. Can't deny it will do both as good as most anything out there.
