I know this is the forum for you Nitrous guys so i picked the bombardier forums lol...i am wanting to put a lil more HP in my 440ex...if im gonna keep it then im gonna keep up lol...i dont really want a boondockers system they are like $600...Quadman650 do you still have ur nitrous system for your ds??I was thinking of taking a system off of a ds or another quad and converting it to my 440ex...what all modifications would i have to do...is it safe?(motorwise)? and will it give me THAT much more power??

 

probably not a good idea with a stock rod

i have seen quite a few atvs that are stock rod atvs running 5-15 hp shot and ran great with no issues. I have also seen a few with a 20 shot thats a bit risky but a 10hp shot would be fine

 

consider its an aircooled motor too, and nos makes some heat

i asked powroll about putting it on my 440 they said the stock rod would go.

better idea...split the cases..stroke it..465 kit..FULL DRAG PORT instead of mx port..and ALKY!! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]..oh yah and slam it on the ground
