EFI for a Sport Quad!
#1
Has anyone heard if someone is going to produce an aftermarket system to replace the carb. I'm just tired of rejetting because the weather or altittude changes. (Since the Raptor carbs are such fun to remove.) I heard about Dial-a-jet is it any good. Thanks!

Yes, Cannondale/ATK's are fuel injected. I hear Dial-A-Jet is crap, although I've never used it. As for an aftermarket EFI system, I don't think the cost would be worth it unless you plan on going turbo. Just think of all the extra crap you would be putting on your quad just to eliminate the need to jet. I'd rather spend an hour in the garage if ya know what I mean!

I cant wait because that is what I would like to go to as well. Just the EFI kit for the raptor is 1400.00 and you have to map it yourself to tune it in right. I would like to see a chip such as "Super Chips" come into effect with this also. So you can set it to pre-determined settings for riding, then go from there like Dyna FS.

You can pick up a fully updated Cannibal for about $3000-$4000 now. I should be careful saying this in the Yammie forum. I remember back in the day I pissed off alot of Raptor owners going on and on and on and(you get the point) about the Dales. Just messin whitya
