i was thinking of getting a set of 26 inch super swamper asx tires for a 2004 rubicon has anyone ever had them and did you like them or not???

 

I picked up a set for my 03 eiger a couple weeks back from Nebraska Tire. Definately not a lightweight tire, but no major power loss (376cc 5sp). Clearance seems good on the inner sidewalls and they turn pretty well (9" W fronts). Havent really got to play in any good mud yet (deep freeze on now in IN) but in the little I did get to use them they did real well in some muck. Im assuming your rear rims are 7.5" wide, and the 13" wide rears will mount up with a little muscle. Wish i had more info for you, but so far so good and they certainly look impressive.

 

Most tire dist. dumped them. They came with pin hole leaks in the side walls, it was hard to get four good tires.
