Default Alignment question for 99 Sport 400

I just replaced the left A-arm and steering post on my 1999 Sport 400 and was wondering if anyone knew the correct way to re-align the front of the quad?I've aligned it by eyeballing it so far, but was wondering if there was a certain procedure that you can follow that is more accurate?

Thank's for any help in advance

Default Alignment question for 99 Sport 400

The manual shows to draw a mark in the middle of each front tire. The front and the back of the tire, and take a measurement. You should get the same on both sides across ,from tire to tire.
