I'm looking for a pipe for my sons 450R. The Pulse Charger is supposed to be quiet and make lots of power.

I was hoping to see some bikes with this pipe over MLK weekend at Glamis. Only saw a Raptor from from a long distance with this system.

No, Ive heard they are over-rated, go with a big gun, or HMF or sumthin[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

There are only about 10 of them out right now. All prototypes, I have one, MAD had a few, and a few others, thats it, no one else has them, or real production pipes yet.
If 3 more HP than any other pipe tested (by a unbaised tester) is ove , I guess I agree. But, the production pipes are ready to ship this week. Its more quiet, more power than others (as per 3rd party dyno's). Wait to see, give it a few weeks.

 

I don't get it ive seen ads for this exhaust for 3 or 4 months now and they aren't in production yet?
oh well probably just a bunch of hype anyway.

They have never advertised a release date EVER. Its called marketing. Getting people to talk, think ect. about them before they are available. Everyone does it. They are inproduction, for sure. I have one. They are just not quite tweaked perfectly for the public yet. I know I am very glad they are not releasing it before they eek that last hp out of it..
It is no the one with yello writing. Its a black can, with a bullet looking milled end cap.

I'm on my 5th exhuast system for my Raptor.

I don't to repeat this procedure on my kids quad. It is putting out 42hp with the stock pipe, I want a system that will complement it now and when Kenz gets done with it.

Oh and I want to do this as quietly as possible.

42 with the stock pipe, what have U done to it? I am up 9.5 hp with just the HRC cam, and the LTE exaust system. It is running in the 92-93dB range! The power gain is all across the rpm range, where the pulse charger dosen't seen to have any effect untill higher RPM's.
I have no experance with the pulse charger, just going off of what I have read. I have also seen one dyno on the pulse charger, showing 45hp with cam and exaust, and they were bragging that with correction factor it would be 60hp?!?!?!?!

 

jmpulse, those are innacurate claims.
The PC pipe does more on the bottom in every dyno as well. The production version will have a 3 stage "stacked" headpipe. There are a few stock bore 450R with a PC that is pushing 50-52 on a REAL corrected dyno.
