Hey, i was wondering who drag races on here. I race an 87 bashee. My best time is 4.61 at 70 mph with a 1.64 60ft. This is a 300ft lose dirt track.

 

i have not been on a track the times....hope to be this season, but i will be setup primarilly for woodsracing but will be alble to drag alittle with out changing setup alot

 

I ran my Z a couple times ~6.1 sec. (before the cams and base gasket) was my best time, i dont remember my mph.
I had a banshee that I raced once in a while my best was ~5.1 sec at ~65mph.

 

I do. Last night i ran my new fastest time of a 4.42 @ 66.8 mph, but i didnt back it up. My fastest time before that is a 4.57.

 

well I can run 4.8 something on my big ol' Prairie, in 300'... I think there are a few pics on my bio page ( click camera to the left ) of me at the asphalt drag strip... I just machined my clutch, & saw 78 mph, on the speedo, that was calibrated for 25" tire, with a set of 27" tires... maybe 80 mph in the 1/4 mile this summer ???

 

4.42 and all you hit was 66.8 mph??

 

I drag race on a couple differnt 300ft and 200ft tracks.

 

u guys and ur times and mph's. where we race, its an old straight 1/2 mile road with a downhill at the start going right threw a farmers field. its great fun, even for the crowed.

 

I dont drag but i went to a race at a local strip and a guy on a 02 banshee ran 300ft. in 3.64 sec at 96 mph that was the fastest i have ever seen and then he got on the high way and raced a street bike and had it beat untill he blew the chain it broke the the plastic and window off the street bike it was bad!!!

 

i run 4.8 something in 300ft
