I lost my countershaft sprocket bolt/washer, and I refuse to pay for one from bikebandit or service honda at their prices. Could one of you guys take your bolt and washer into a hardware store and get a replacement and send it to me? I'll pay for it, shipping and a few bucks for your trouble. you dont have any spare bolts lying around you could try. all you have to do is find one that matches the coarse of the threads and take it to a hardware store and line it up to other bolts to find the right one.

i lost mine and replaced it with a spare bolt i had and got a washer from a MX buddy that has a bunch of them. lock washers didnt work so i used loctite this last time.

 

I would do that, but I don't have any spare bolts laying around. I guess I could pull something apart and just use a bolt to guestimate.

 

Might I ask how you 'lost it'?

If I have time (This means if my new sprocket and chain come in before this wknd) I'll go check it out for you.

Actually AlkyBurninX has one, along with some other things I need, so no need now, but I appreciate it. I lost it because I had my trike halfway torn apart and our house had been up for sale for probably a year, and it finally sold. Well, in the process of moving, cleaning up, yada yada yada, I misplaced some things. I have everything accounted for except for my Flywheel, and some various nuts and bolts, most of which I found at the hardware store already.
