witch 400ex do you guys think rides and looks better and what do u guys think about the trx450 witch do u think is faster a yfz450 or a trx450??????

 

The 450r is geared kinda high but runs great. Everyone says the yfz is faster, but i don't think there's much difference. The yfz seems a heck of alot quicker when your ridin it, but really ain't.

 

yaeh it seems a lot faster but it really isnt that much faster. it is just how the power is delivered. the yfz has a hard hitting powerplant and the trx is more smooth.

 

whos quicker is debatable, but top speed is the same. the 400ex is one of the best trail quads out there. but if ur more aggressive and dont mind kick start or the absence of reverse, get the 450r. the 400ex got reverse for 05

 

400 ex: great all around quad! Not the fastest but one of the most fun. As far as speed just pick either yfz or trx, both fine quads if you have 7000 to dish out.
I got my 400ex for $4500 out the door brand new so that made my decision real quick on what quad to get!

 

hes right if ur tight on money and this is ur 1st quad, the 400ex is a great choice. u can modify it into whatever u want after that

 

Yup 400ex is your best bet. My neighbor just got one for xmas as his first quad. So far he is loving it. And the aftermarket for the 400ex is pretty big. Personally if i was honda though i would ditch the 400ex and make a 450x. Just imagine a 450 with electric start and reverse. that would be so bad ***. Might even out sell the 450r! LOL

 

it would prolly also be detuned even further
