Default Lift and Duration for Aftermarket Cams

For all you Hi Performance Buffs:

Anybody know the lift & Duration for the Webb, Penland Brother, & FST cams? Also at what lift & duration should you get heavy duty Valve Springs?

I couldnt find specs on the others either. I know you didnt list hotcams so you probably already know. INTAKE is 7.9mm lift 214 duration and EXHAUST is 6.7mm lift and 205 duration. The specs on the vforce hotcams were the same. I would also like to know about the valve springs. hotcams says to retain stockers but another opinion is always good.
