Default Jetting with Big gun

I just installed a big gun quiet series full exhaust. I have the Dynojet jet kit and I am wondering what size jet others are using with thiscombo. I am running a 185 main with K&n filter with airbox lid removed. i am not quite happy with the performance gains and the plugs are not quite the color I had hoped. i think i am still a little lean

Default Jetting with Big gun

I went round and round with DJ on my wife's KFX. DJ is right down the street from my house so I was going in person to chat with them. Basically, I couldn't get the plug to indicate it wasn't lean. Long story short is they say that because of the new "clean" fuels a plug (on a 4-stroke) should not be tan or brown. I know, I know I've been around the sport for 20 years and didn't swallow that easily but I finally said screw it and have been running their suggested jetting and we've been fine for a year now. If you don't have hanging idle and it isn't popping on decel you're probably pretty close.
